• First set of copies of documents received earlier from the former Kamianets-Podilsky archives by Mr. Harvey L. Kaplan from Glasgow, Scotland, arrived in Kyiv. State Committee on Archives of Ukraine acknowledges its deepest gratitude to Mr. Kaplan for taking care of the reconstitution of holdings of this archives

• Report on the Identification, Restoration and Re-Construction of Documents Formerly located in the Kamianets Podilsky Archives (October, 2004)

• On September 17, 2004, Embassy of the United States of America signed an agreement with the State archives of Khmelnytsky oblast on providing the humanitarian assistance in sum of $27,196 to purchase the restoration equipment for recovery of saved records after the fire in Kamiantes-Podilsky City Archives in 2003. Assistance came from many sources.
